Menu prices are set by each stall

Every price you see on PrepDine is set by the stall selling the food. PrepDine does not mark up food prices or negotiate them. If Masala Dosa is listed at ₹60, the stall receives ₹60 for that item.

PrepDine charges a platform fee

PrepDine adds a platform fee on top of your food subtotal. The standard fee is 4% of the food total, with a minimum of ₹2.00. There is no maximum. This fee is shown clearly on your cart screen before you pay. It is never hidden inside the food price.

What you actually pay — the arithmetic

Food subtotal (X): the sum of your item prices, set by the stall.
Platform fee (Y): 4% of X, minimum ₹2.00. Computed by the server at checkout.
Total charged: X + Y.

Example — ₹100 food order:

• Food: ₹100.00
• Platform fee (4%): ₹4.00
• Total: ₹104.00

Example — ₹40 food order (minimum fee applies):

• Food: ₹40.00
• Platform fee (minimum): ₹2.00
• Total: ₹42.00

No hidden charges

There are no delivery charges (PrepDine is pickup only — you collect from the stall). There are no packing fees added by PrepDine. There are no charges for browsing, searching, or placing a request that the vendor does not accept. You are only charged when you complete payment on an accepted order.
